A scheduling app that lets hobbyists and small businesses post small, irregular time slots to customers and show examples of their work.
The problem
Talented hobbyists who can only offer their services on irregular schedules have no good way to advertise them. Schedulux lets them, and small businesses, post small, irregular time slots to potential customers and show examples of their work.
What I built
- Frontend: React 18 and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, and Zustand.
- Backend: Node.js and Express with PostgreSQL, built to guarantee data integrity and detect scheduling conflicts in real time.
- Deployment: Docker Compose on AWS EC2 with RDS, behind a Caddy reverse proxy for automatic HTTPS.
Status
Working toward a 1.0 release.
